The last time I was in town I stayed with friends and I've stayed at The Parker a couple of times. The Pool House intrigues me because it is so small and intimate, plus the restaurant attached sounds fabulous.

Re: Palm Springs: Quiet Intimate Getaway The Pool House Palm Springs

Have you actually seen the rooms? They're very well done and the food at the Blue Pear is fantastic.

Re: Palm Springs: Blue Pear Texx Mexx Restaurant Review

It really is a great place to eat and the staff is extremely friendly.

Re: Palm Springs: Blue Pear Texx Mexx Restaurant Review

Thanks for giving an idea about the Blue Pear Texx Mexx . It's such a great looking place with great prices, it's perfect for when I'm visiting and looking for my dream vacation home. Plus I love the mid-century modern style. Can't wait for my next visit to Palm Springs and am so glad I came across your blog!

Re: Short Sale Legal Issues Affecting Real Estate Agents – Part #1

Short sales often negatively affect the home owner in ways they don't realise until it's too late. More of the details of your situation and pending sale would be necessary to better evaluate your options and how the sale would affect you, versus what your situation would be if you didn't sell short and let the property go to foreclosure.
